Although he lives in Washington today, Martijn Deykers grew up in Holland, where he cut his teeth on the sounds of Detroit and Chicago. That's why his debut as a producer in 2005 surprised the cream of international DJs (from Kode9 to Garnier) with a style that is difficult to classify, halfway between drum 'n' bass, dubstep and the calculated precision of Detroit.
